* The dues structure will be phased as the Club Facilities are completed. Individual dues levels will be phased out upon the opening of the Beach Club. Out of Town dues levels will be phased out upon the opening of the Golf Clubhouse. To qualify for Out of Town dues, the member's primary residence must be at least 100 miles from the Community
